Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, PinRup Studio's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Project-based engagements may have different termination terms outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed to date. We will deliver all completed work and return your materials.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
